Known to be the deadliest typhoon to hit the Philippines this year, Typhoon Pablo (international name, Bopha), left around 850 people dead, 611 missing, 1,792 injured and ravaging P14B property damages in Compostela Valley and Davao Oriental.

Relief operations with MPIC Group and PLDT-Smart Foundation was held in New Bataan, Compostela Valley; Cateel, Davao Oriental and Agusan del Sur over the weekend. Smart’s Libreng Tawag stations continue to operate in Compostela Valley’s Nabunturan Municipal Hall, New Bataan Municipal Hall and Compostela Poblacion evacuation center. People can extend help to those affected by Typhoon Pablo by coursing it to the Philippine Red Cross through text. To donate, you can type RED to 4143.
