In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, certain measures have been executed by both the government and the private sector. On the evening of March 12, 2020, President Rodrigo Roa-Duterte has announced guidelines and ground rules on how to protect ourselves and our entire nation from covid-19. Meanwhile, Cebu Pacific, one of the most trusted airlines in the country, has advisory for their flights in the midst of the pandemic.

Cebu Pacific makes sure that they continue to give their customers valuable service. Proper screening and sanitation are carried out for everyone’s safety. Their frontline employees are properly equipped. People from the Bureau of Quarantine are also assigned to sanitize their airplanes and airbuses. Should someone show symptoms, whether its related to covid-19 or not, they would gladly provide face masks for those travellers.

Those who have scheduled flights from March 10 – April 30, 2020 are free to rebook one time (minimal fare difference may apply). Aside from that, they can also put their paid flights on a travel fund, which they can use later. You may access all these by logging into your CEB “Manage Booking” portal.
