Order Your Jollibee Favorites Via Facebook Messenger and Pay Using Paymaya

Great news, everyone! Jollibee Foods Corporation (JFC) and all its partner restaurants in the Philippines are now on Facebook Messenger! With only a few clicks, you can order your favorite meals and sides directly from your Messenger app via a Chatbot.

This user-friendly ordering option is powered by our friends from Paymaya. Customers may use their debit, credit, any prepaid cards, and Paymaya e-wallet to pay for their favorite meals.

They can do so by going to the official Facebook page of their fave JFC food chain and clicking the Messenger icon. All they have to do is type “#order.” A friendly chatbot would then guide them to the entire process. They will be directed to food choices. After choosing, they can pay for the meals via Paymaya for cashless delivery, and voila! Their food will be delivered to their doorsteps.

This feature is also available in JFC’s other fast-food chains: Mang Inasal, Red Ribbon, Burger King, and Chowking, whose Facebook pages are all running on beta version. Greenwich will soon follow suit.

Here’s a treat: When paying via Paymaya, you can get up to 100% cashback on your order for a minimum purchase of Php500. Make sure you register via Paymaya now

This marks the second partnership between JFC and Paymaya. Last year, JFC tapped Paymaya for customers to be able to pay via self-ordering kiosks in JFC food chains using the One by PayMaya Point-Of-Sale Device.

Customers have to look out for the incoming web and hotline-based ordering using Paymaya as a payment method. For those who prefer to order via their official websites or the phone, this would be an additional method.

Paymaya has also partnered with the Jollibee Group Foundation for #OneAgainstCOVID19 campaign to help people struggling with this pandemic. You may visit my.co/Jollibee or look for Jollibee in the bills payment function on the Paymaya app.

In the “new normal,” several businesses have gone digital as e-commerce deliveries have been very in demand. In this way, it would be easier for customers to order their favorite food while not risking lining up in an establishment. We thank Paymaya and JFC for making this possible.
